What’s the plan?

Before we get started we need to discuss the plan for this revitalized space. Blog posts will now be organized into one of five categories. I hope to make at least one post in one of the five categories every week or two. The five categories include: 

Medicine Mondays

Have you ever become ill or injured while traveling? On Mondays I will address illnesses and injuries you may experience while traveling. We will discuss causes, treatments and danger signs. I hope to provide guidance on when it’s safe to take care of yourself and when it’s best to seek professional medical care. 

Travel Tuesdays

Tuesday is for TRAVEL! Here I hope to inspire you with tips and recommendations about the many countries, cities and national parks I’ve had the pleasure to visit. 

Wellness Wednesdays

Wellness is an important part of a healthy and fulfilling life, which is why I’m dedicating Wednesdays to wellness. Here we will learn about the different dimensions of wellness and explore ways to improve our own wellness. 

Throwback Thursdays

We’re throwing it back on Thursdays! I’ll share past life experiences with an emphasis on travel. Get ready for story time!

Fun Fridays

Miscellaneous anyone? Fridays will be for random, but fun topics! Stay tuned for the unknown! 

That’s the plan for now, but these ideas could always change!
