I got offered the job on January 19, 2017. It was a crazy feeling. Surreal, in fact! A dream two years in the making was about to be a reality! Just goes to show the importance of listening to your heart, taking the leap and following your dreams!
Once the momentary surreality of it all wore away I was off to share my good news! Of course, my parents got the first phone calls. Then I was off texting, messaging and calling everyone I promised to update. Congratulatory responses were pouring in. Everyone was so excited for me! I felt blessed to be loved by so many wonderful people!
